The Refuge
The Mission of The Refuge Fellowship is to lead those who are hungry for God to a life of learning the Word of God, living the Word of God, and teaching the Word of God to others (Ezra 7:10).
The Refuge Fellowship verse is Nahum 1:7
“The LORD is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble, And He knows those who take refuge in Him.”
The Refuge Fellowship is to be a place of Refuge from our struggles, a place to pray, to enjoy community and to be comforted and built-up by the Scriptures. It is also a place in which we can gain our strength each week in order to leave the comfort of Refuge and venture into the challenging culture around us that is in need of Christ.
"We need two orthodoxies: first, an orthodoxy of doctrine and second, an orthodoxy of community." - Francis Schaeffer
